EXPAND YOUR SKILLSETWith decades of experience in the miniature hobby space and a training background from my career, I offer private mentorship for people wanting to improve at their hobby.

My approach is to find out what your goals are, where your skills are currently and then develop a plan for how to get you closer to your goals.

Typically these are a half-day or single day session on a weekend or a monthly program so you can practice new techniques between sessions. I will work with the student and adapt to what works for them.

CORE PHILOSOPHYTo me, time is the most valuable resource we have as it is ultimately finite.I have always appreciated efficiency in process, but as I have grown older it has only become more important to me. I am constantly seeking and trying new techniques in the miniature hobby.

While I am most experienced in techniques that boost efficiency and productivity, like the airbrush and oil and enamel washes. I can also teach more advanced techniques like eyes, high quality faces, etc.

I am probably not the right person for teaching certain techniques like non-metallic metal and advanced glazing. I can happily refer you to someone who is a better fit for those types of needs.
